About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious AV Account Director to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our AV team, you will be responsible for leading a team of AV experts and delivering high-profile accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of account managers and junior staff members to deliver exceptional client service and media solutions.
  • Work closely with Planning and Investment teams to develop and implement integrated media strategies.
  • Be proactive and results-driven in day-to-day client and campaign management.
  • Lead training on systems and technology to understand audience behavior and consumption of AV channels.

Requirements

  • Ability to plan and present in-depth rationales across AV channels, including TV, Video on Demand, Connected TV, and Cinema.
  • Expert knowledge of media auditing and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Expert knowledge of the AV marketplace and latest innovations.
