Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Activation: Lead a team of talented professionals to deliver exceptional activation across various AV channels, including TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema. Ensure best-in-class strategies and executions that resonate with target audiences.
  • New Business Development: Collaborate closely with new business teams to craft compelling AV strategies and presentations, contributing to the acquisition of new clients and expansion of Zenith's portfolio.
  • Negotiation & Value Optimization: Leverage your negotiation skills to secure added value opportunities for clients from sales house teams. Maximize campaign effectiveness by optimizing media investments across all AV mediums.

Qualifications: Your Expertise in Action

  • Proven experience as an Associate Director or Account Director within an AV department, specializing in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
  • In-depth knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and experience managing client/AV finance processes. Confidence in conducting client audits across all AV mediums.
  • Experience within the retail sector is highly advantageous.
  • Strong team management skills, including setting objectives and facilitating development conversations for your team members.
  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to challenge briefs and deliver outstanding results that exceed expectations.
