About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Leader to join our Change Support Unit at Burman Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by leading strategic change initiatives that enhance both the student and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver the change management plan to achieve key milestones in the integration process.
  • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, project managers, and integration teams, to ensure a smooth transition and build a unified, engaged community.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate change management into the overall plan.
  • Facilitate training and development sessions to support staff through the transition.
  • Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate resistance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing change in mergers or large-scale transformations within complex organizations.
  • Prosci/APMG certification or significant relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
