**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Leader to join our client, a leading full-service communications agency that specializes in social change. The agency works with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), governments, and businesses to address complex social issues.

The Role

As a Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for leading a team of researchers and strategists in delivering audience-focused insights and applying behavior change, human-centered design, and strategic thinking to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed-method research team to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations.
  • Lead a strategy team in developing and implementing behavior change campaigns and social strategies.
  • Conduct quality assurance and upskilling for both teams, integrating qualitative and human-centered design principles.
  • Assist in proposal writing and business development efforts for both strategy and research teams.
  • Sit on the senior management team and provide strategic guidance and advice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent experience and understanding of research and strategy.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in research and strategy roles in a social impact agency.
  • Experience with behavior change campaigns and social strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex problems succinctly.
