About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional in program management and leadership to join our dynamic and forward-thinking organization. As a Transformation Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our strategic agenda, working closely with senior leadership to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive whole business change, connecting multiple initiatives to drive the best possible outcomes within your program
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of agility and collaboration
  • Establish strong connections with key transformation leaders and collaborate with other Program Integration teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools
