We are seeking a Talent Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing talent development frameworks, leading referencing and evaluation processes, and tracking wider metrics around compensation, performance, and engagement.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Conduct talent assessments pre-offers, focusing on performance, potential, and cultural alignment using Employee Values frameworks and PACE.">
  • Lead referencing and evaluation processes ahead of hiring decisions.">
  • Design and manage onboarding processes and drive a speed-to-competency strategy and framework.">
  • Design and implement talent development frameworks and identify pathways across each level within the business.">
  • Monitor and identify areas of concern around performance trajectory in existing talent frameworks and coaching structures.">
  • Track and present insights on wider metrics around compensation, performance, and engagement, presenting to the Remuneration Committee and other senior stakeholders.">

  • ">
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing talent development frameworks.">
  • 5-8 years' experience across HR and Talent is essential.">
  • Experience in an Executive Search or Professional Services organization is desirable.">
  • Results-driven and solutions-oriented individual.">
  • Capable of building strong rapport and influencing stakeholder management.">
">About the Role">

This is a hybrid working role based in London with a salary of £70,000 - £75,000 (DoE).
