Job Title: Strategic Talent Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Development Director to join our team at King in Stockholm. This role will be responsible for driving cultural and operational transformation, partnering with leadership to translate business strategies into people and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Provide expert guidance on labor law compliance, change management, and data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Leverage data to drive strategic hiring, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, and change management at a senior level.
  • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting data to drive insights and actions.
  • Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of leadership.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in digital, entertainment, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and a strong understanding of DE&I principles.

The estimated salary for this role is €85,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
