Operations Improvement Lead

This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of value management and planning governance frameworks, monitoring quality KPIs, and flagging compliance issues and practices that deviate from standards.

You will be accountable for accuracy of tasks given to support process and governance team within the VMO, and will support process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and drive efficiency gains across the organisation.

You will collect data for quality analysis from various sources, validate data and tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of quality control records, analyse quality control data to identify trends and potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

You will plan quality assurance and testing activities, prepare reports and maintain quality control activity records, and analyse existing processes in Arqiva to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and non-compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities
