Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Continuous Improvement Professional to join our team at Arqiva. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing process and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of process issues.
  • Research and identify best practices for process improvement.
  • Create reports and visualizations to communicate process improvement outcomes.
  • Prioritize process improvement initiatives based on potential impact, feasibility, and importance/urgency.
  • Utilize process mapping tools, project management software, and data analysis tools.
  • Own the pan-Arqiva process library, ensuring it is kept up to date.
  • Deliver revenue recovery or cost savings greater than the cost of the CI team.
  • Develop plans to obtain stakeholder buy-in for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of implemented change.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of existing, new, and improved processes.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of process mapping, basic data analysis, and continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Preferably a background in project management, change management, or management consulting.
  • Lean Six Sigma yellow or higher.
