Job Description:

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will lead a line management structure of approximately 10-15 business support administrators. You will help further develop and maintain a strong customer service and continuous improvement culture within Younger Adults Business Support Team.


You will be responsible for leading a team of administrators, managing priorities, and ensuring an excellent level of service is delivered. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new IT systems
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time management skills


Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hampshire County Council offers a supportive working environment and a commitment to your personal development, as well as an extensive benefits package.



Travel Requirements:

You may be required to visit other locations within Hampshire, therefore having the ability to travel as necessary is essential.
