Als Support-Spezialist bei Thinkproject bist du der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und bietest technische Unterstützung, Fehlersuche und Problemlösung.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und bietest prompten und effektiven technischen Support über verschiedene Kanäle.
- Du entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis der Thinkproject Produkte und ihrer Funktionen, um den Anwendern Unterstützung und Anleitung auf Expertenebene zu bieten.
- Du löst Kundenanfragen, behebst technische Probleme und leitest komplexe Probleme bei Bedarf an höhere Support-Ebenen weiter.
- Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Entwicklungsteams, um gemeldete Systemfehler zu untersuchen und zu beheben und so einen reibungslosen Ablauf für die Benutzer zu gewährleisten.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Lieferteams zur Unterstützung der Produktmobilisierung und des laufenden Kundenbeziehungsmanagements.
- Erstellung und Pflege umfassender Hilfe- und Supportmaterialien, einschließlich Wikis, Wissensdatenbanken und Benutzerhandbüchern nach den Grundsätzen des Content Managers.
- Durchführung von Schulungen für Benutzer in Form von Webinaren, um sicherzustellen, dass die Benutzer über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten verfügen, um die Produkte effektiv zu nutzen.
- Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen dem Support-Team und anderen Abteilungen und sorgst für eine nahtlose Kommunikation und eine effiziente Problemlösung.
- Beitrag zu Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung durch Bereitstellung von Feedback und Erkenntnissen auf der Grundlage von Kundeninteraktionen.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer technischen Supportfunktion, vorzugsweise in einem Software- oder Technologieunternehmen.
- Solider technischer Hintergrund mit der Fähigkeit zur Fehlerbehebung und Lösung von Softwareproblemen.
- Ausgeprägte Kundendienst- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte für nichttechnische Benutzer zu erklären.
