Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point for the IT service desk, providing level 2 technical support to a range of clients and customers.
  • Work closely with EUC engineers & infrastructure engineers on project-based work, utilizing your knowledge of the M365 stack (exchange, SharePoint, teams etc).
  • Provide technical support for Windows Server, InTune & Autopilot, endpoint manager, and networking knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality IT services and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an IT managed service provider.
  • Knowledge of the M365 stack (exchange, SharePoint, teams etc).
  • Windows Server support.
  • InTune & Autopilot experience.
  • Knowledge of endpoint manager.
  • Networking knowledge.
  • Exposure with virtualisation (Hyper-V & Vmware).
