Job Title: IT Technician

Join Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited as an IT Technician and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-line technical support to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of business applications, technology, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, data, and applications.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain and configure company technology, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services and processes.
Requirements:
  • Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, operating system, and application software issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft and Apple desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, as well as device peripherals and screen sharing technologies.
  • Knowledge of video, projectors, displays, sound bars, sound and lighting desks, PA, speakers, and microphones, cameras, and recording devices, encoders/decoders, and AV software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
