Job Description

We are seeking an experienced paediatric nurse to lead a critical care outreach team as part of a national pilot project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a patient-centred response to deteriorating children, working closely with clinical leads and educators.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion challenges in the workplace and a demonstrated commitment to advancing equality, diversity, and inclusion.

A registered children's nurse with relevant NMC registration and a degree or equivalent in children's nursing is required. Intensive care qualification and experience of creating education/training programmes are highly desirable.

The salary for this position is £54,319 - £60,980 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

This is a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months, with a full-time or part-time working pattern available.
