We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Portfolio Management Office to join Caerphilly County Borough Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Council's Programme Office, overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within the Council's Mobilising Team Caerphilly (MTC) programme.

The role includes working with Heads of Service and Service Managers to create innovative solutions to complex challenges and ensure the effective transformation and modernisation of systems, services and processes across the Council. You will also support the Service Transformation Director and Place Shaping Director by providing advice, guidance and expertise on highly complex and politically sensitive issues relating to the Service Transformation and Place Shaping Programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, risk management and team management. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and working closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
