About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Learning Disabilities service in Newham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and support our customers to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve service quality and performance
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators
- Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts and respond to changing circumstances
What We Offer
