About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Learning Disabilities service in Newham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and support our customers to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver excellent customer outcomes
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve service quality and performance
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts and respond to changing circumstances

What We Offer
