About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Key Working Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to develop and implement personalized support plans. Your primary focus will be on promoting recovery, independence, and personal growth, while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a caseload of key clients, conducting regular key working sessions to review progress and agree support plans.
- Produce comprehensive risk assessments and risk management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Collaborate with key partner agencies to provide coordinated support and services to clients.
- Promote activities that support recovery, including social activities, exercise, healthy eating, and participation in mutual aid groups.
- Support clients to identify housing options and address obstacles preventing them from achieving settled accommodation.
- Work with clients to identify activities that prepare them for independence and assist them in accessing these activities.
- Participate in running activities or small groups in response to client needs or as part of a project-wide programme of group work.
- Support clients transitioning to work, education, or training by facilitating access to suitable courses.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Experience of risk assessment and risk management planning.
- Understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
- Familiarity with local services and resources supporting recovery and independence.
