We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to lead our luxury small home in Hindhead, Surrey. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our residents.

About the Role

You will assume responsibility for providing leadership to the home, managing and developing the team while maintaining excellent communication with residents, relatives, colleagues, and external professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the home's clinical services
  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional care
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, relatives, and external partners
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, stakeholder pension, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

A current NMC PIN, a strong clinical focus, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in care home management.
