About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Housing Advisor to join our team. As a Student Housing Advisor, you will provide expert advice and support to students on a range of housing issues, including finding housing, tenancy agreements, living conditions, and tenant conflict.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide informed advice and support to students on housing issues
  • Work with students to resolve housing-related problems and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local landlords and housing providers
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in housing laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of housing advice and support services

Requirements

  • Experience in housing advice and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a caseload
  • Knowledge of housing laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
