Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Child Adolescent Psychotherapist/Emotional Difficulties Co-lead to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of child and adolescent psychotherapists in providing high-quality therapeutic services to children and young people with emotional difficulties.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
Requirements

Applicants should have a strong background in child and adolescent psychotherapy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
