We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work with refugees and asylum seekers, providing specialist psychological assessments and treatments for complex mental health difficulties.
About the Role:- Deliver evidence-based interventions for complex and severe mental health problems, including trauma.
- Work with refugees, asylum seekers, and other forced migrant groups.
- Collaborate with community organizations and provide teaching and training.
- Contribute to research and audit in a healthcare setting.
- Provide specialist psychological assessments and treatments for refugees and asylum seekers.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct research and audit to improve mental health services for refugees.
- Provide teaching and training to staff and community organizations.
- Professional qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology to doctorate or equivalent level.
- Eligible for registration with the Health Care Professions Council.
- Experience of delivering evidence-based interventions for complex and severe mental health problems.
- Experience of working with refugees, asylum seekers, and other forced migrant groups.
