About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our customer success initiatives in the retail sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving complex, large-scale implementation projects that deliver real impact and foster long-term customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact projects from concept to completion, ensuring stellar outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape innovative project strategies and develop standardized approaches across a variety of clients.
  • Influence and guide customer teams, including senior leadership, to align with project goals and objectives.
  • Manage financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual obligations while managing budgets effectively.
  • Oversee financial aspects, from invoice approvals to comprehensive financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Outstanding stakeholder management expertise and ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and leadership levels worldwide.
  • Extensive experience in the retail sector and a solid technical foundation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive complex projects forward.
