About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Supervisor to lead our team of care professionals in providing exceptional care services to our residents. As a key member of our care management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.


About You:



  • You will have a proven track record of providing high-quality care services to older adults, and have a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • You will be a warm and empathetic individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and will be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • You will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and will be able to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our care staff.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • You will be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and will be willing to participate in on-call and emergency response duties.
