Key Responsibilities- Caring for children and young people, including assisting with daily tasks and providing emotional support.
- Building strong relationships with residents and contributing to creating a homely environment within the home.
- Maintaining records and logs, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring the health and safety of residents.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus £50 per sleep-in shift. In addition, we provide access to training and development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a referral scheme. Our homes are rated Good by Ofsted, and we strive to achieve Outstanding ratings in the future.
