About the Opportunity

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £36,000 per annum, plus £50 for each sleep-in shift. We offer flexible work schedules and an excellent work-life balance.

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide access to our platform offering health and wellbeing support, as well as opportunities for career advancement. Our comprehensive training programme includes enrolment in the Level 5 certification, paving the way for management positions.

We believe that fostering self-esteem and self-acceptance is vital for a child's development. As a Youth Care Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding these young individuals on their transformative journey into adulthood.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Help care for children and young people by using your expertise and talents, further developing them with our assistance and training.
  • Build strong bonds with the kids by attending to their needs and making sure they're safe at all times.
  • Maintain the homely, friendly culture and environment of the homes.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have relevant experience working with children and young people, preferably holding a qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce, Youth Work, or equivalent. Staff members must be at least 20 years old and able to work in the UK.
