Job Description

We are looking for a skilled YOUTH AND FAMILY CARE PROFESSIONAL to join our Children's Early Help Team at Entrust Social Care Ltd.

Main Job Duties
  1. Conduct thorough parenting assessments to identify areas of need and develop tailored support plans.
  2. Develop and deliver effective family intervention activities, working closely with colleagues and other professionals.
  3. Build strong relationships with families, community groups, and local organizations to promote collaborative working and maximize resources.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Support Worker in a children's social work team, with a strong background in health and social care. A current CRB check and valid driving license are also essential requirements.
