We are seeking a dedicated Youth Care Professional to join our team at Brook Street Social Care in Hendon, London.

About the Position

The successful candidate will work closely with children, families, and multi-agency teams to improve family outcomes, focusing on safeguarding children and empowering families to thrive independently.

  • Collaborate with families, children, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Manage complex court cases involving child protection investigations.
  • Coordinate and chair meetings, produce concise reports, and engage effectively with children and their families.
  • Making decisions in line with statutory guidelines, ensuring all interventions prioritize child welfare and family support.
  • Promote a safe and positive environment that upholds the values of social care.

Our Salary Package:

  • A competitive salary range: 45,000 - 48,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
