Youth Support and Development Professional

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Youth Support and Development Professional to join our team at Supply Care Solutions. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality support and guidance to young adults aged 15-25 who are looked after by the local authority, helping them to develop independent living skills and achieve their goals.


The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in youth support and development, with a focus on assessment and pathway planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work openly and honestly with children, families, and partner agencies.
