Healthcare Service Leader

Pulse Nursing seeks a highly motivated Healthcare Service Leader to oversee our community nursing services in Hastings. This key role requires a skilled Band 5 Nurse who can provide clinical leadership and support to Healthcare Support Workers.
As a successful candidate, you'll work on project-based assignments, collaborating with our 20-strong team to deliver high-quality care. You'll also spend time at other sites, refining your service process knowledge and delivery skills.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to Healthcare Support Workers
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Manage staff attendance and scheduling
- Address operational queries and concerns
A competitive salary (£34,800 - £41,570 per annum), weekly pay, and dedicated consultant support make this an attractive opportunity. Candidates must possess minimum one year's experience drawing blood and hold immediate Right to Work in the UK.
