Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Practitioner to join our dynamic Recovery team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an organised and motivated nurse looking to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have post-qualification experience of working in an acute care environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Previous recent recovery experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively in stressful situations where the work pattern is unpredictable, highly distressing, and be able to concentrate for prolonged periods of time
- Plan and organise own workload and supervise students/learners and assistant practitioners
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive Multi-disciplinary Team environment

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Registered Operating Department Practitioner qualification
- Evidence of relevant continued professional development / training to degree level or equivalent level of knowledge and experience / Revalidation documents
- Ability to lead the Multi-disciplinary Team in the absence of more senior staff (Desirable)

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £32,000 - £43,041 per annum (£23,113 - £29,805 in London) based on a 37-hour week + benefits package including pension scheme, health service discounts, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career progression within the trust.
