We are seeking a skilled Therapy Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  1. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with our Speech and Language Therapy Team in East Sussex.
  2. You will be responsible for managing caseloads, providing advice and treatment to clients with communication and/or swallowing difficulties.
  3. You will work closely with Speech and Language Therapists to implement therapy programs and monitor client progress.
  4. You will also design and create resources and low-tech communication aids for the department and individual client sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, therapy, or customer service is an advantage.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to supporting individuals with speech and language needs.
