Project Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineering Manager to join our team at NOV Energy Equipment. As a critical member of our Project Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of our projects, providing expert guidance and advice to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute engineering work for dedicated projects, including technical areas such as process, electrical, instrumentation, and control.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams to meet NOV and client expectations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the Engineering Management Group and departments within NOV.
  • Maximize tender winning chances by working with business development, technology, procurement, and engineering teams.
  • Manage multidiscipline engineering teams in EPC projects, with a strong focus on technical and commercial milestones.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years' experience in a similar role or level of responsibility, managing multidiscipline engineering teams in EPC projects.
  • Strong familiarity with interfaces between engineering, procurement, and fabrication of process/utility/topside modules and skids.
  • Good commercial understanding and ability to identify priorities and key activities to meet technical and commercial milestones.
