**Job Summary**

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Marketing & Business Development Assistant to join their Pre-Construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a construction contractor in marketing and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement company objectives, branding, and core values through the website and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain the company brand, ensuring consistency across all forms of communication and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and intelligence to identify new and innovative methods to market the Group's activities.
  • Manage the website, update digital marketing content, and analyze its performance.
  • Assist with event planning, scheduling, and arranging key company events.
  • Update marketing, new business, and bidding materials.
  • Support the Marketing and New Business Manager in seeking suitable tender or negotiated opportunities.
  • Attend events, seminars, and networking sessions to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working for a construction contractor in marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
