Administrative Assistant 3 Days a Week

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant working 3 days a week. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, and performing administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming visitors and making them feel at home
- Managing phone calls and directing them to the right team members
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms
- Meeting room hospitality – set up and clear down
- Keeping the reception area tidy and organized
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role
- A friendly and approachable team player
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- A proactive and organized approach to work
- Experience of MicroSoft Office Packages
