Nursery Education Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our welcoming school in Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
Role Overview
This full-time, permanent position provides the successful candidate with a chance to work in collaboration with a supportive team of educators and contribute to the overall success of the school. As a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Nursery curriculum.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse needs of young children.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social and emotional development.
- Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery) or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Nursery curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
