Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team at Resource on Demand. As a senior Salesforce consultant, you will work closely with clients to optimize their business processes and leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing your strong functional background to drive business process optimization.
  • Manage the project lifecycle, including scoping, development, testing, deployment, go-live, and aftercare, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, leveraging your business acumen to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce cloud implementation projects, with a strong focus on functional consulting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Experience working with multiple Salesforce cloud implementation projects, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
