Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism and global development delay in a school located in the Aylesbury area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to students with severe and complex learning difficulties
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting student progress
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with individuals with special needs
- Safeguarding training
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding standards
