As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in facilitating student engagement with the curriculum, assisting with individual education plans, and implementing behaviour strategies as needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with teachers to deliver tailored learning experiences and provide additional support outside the main classroom area. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and guidance to students.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive training program.
