Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communication and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring effective communication across all channels.
  • Prioritize incoming requests and projects, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure seamless execution.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including holiday planning, expense processing, document filing, and administration of the Managing Director's pension and tax returns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in administrative and clerical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Apple software, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
