About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Lead to join our team at McCormick UK Limited. As a National Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing key customers in the UK Convenience channel.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profit targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies aligned with brand plans.
- Ensure successful negotiations with accounts for fiscal terms and profit levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including category management, marketing, supply chain, technical, and R&D.
Candidate Profile
- FMC experience.
- Relevant experience as Account Manager or Account Executive.
- Excellent communication and commercial skills.
