Strategic Business Partner

This role serves as a key strategic partner to internal customers and their leadership teams, driving the development and implementation of programs that support business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for regionally supporting EMEA and providing global assistance as needed. This hybrid position allows for remote work and requires on-site presence at either Peterborough or Haddenham site for at least 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops, implements, and administers HR programs, policies, procedures, and practices across client groups in alignment with McCormick's philosophy and core values.
- Drives HR process improvement, special projects, and effective change management initiatives from idea through implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field and CIPD qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR or a closely related field.
- Credibility to influence and challenge business decisions.
- Presentation skills to represent the HR function in various meetings.
- Ability to utilize cross-functional, global support services.
- Operational experience with HR strategy and partnering on projects with strong change management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS management.
Mccormick manufactures, markets, and distributes spices, seasoning mixes, condiments, and other flavorful products to the entire food industry.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year-
