Responsibilities and Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans that cater to individual student needs
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Staying up-to-date with best practices in SEN education and contributing to ongoing professional development

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field
  • Significant experience working with students with autism and SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
