About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, adapting teaching strategies, and creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
Responsibilities:
- Teach students with various special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a cohesive support plan
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN or a strong desire to learn
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and resilience when working with students
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 per annum
