About the Role:

As an Influence Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing effective social and B2B influence campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our clients' businesses.

You will work closely with the PR and social media teams to identify key influencers and develop strategies to engage with them, with the ultimate goal of building positive relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role is 50/50 social and B2B influence, so you will be working across a portfolio of clients, managing internal stakeholders including strategy, copy and creative to ensure intended output each day.
  • You will be responsible for managing influencer relationships, tracking campaign performance, and providing regular reports to clients.
  • You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies that can enhance the impact of your social, B2B influence campaigns.
  • You will work with the wider PR & Influence team to continuously refine and improve our processes and strategies to ensure that we deliver the best possible results for our clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of social and B2B industries and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You should also be familiar with various social media platforms and their associated tools and analytics.

An ability to identify and engage with key influencers in the B2B space, as well as to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences, is essential.

Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave + 1 Volunteer Day, Bupa Healthcare, Enhanced Maternity, Adoption and Shared Parental Leave, Flexible Working Model with core working hours: 10am – 4pm, and a 1.5:1 Matching Pension Structure.
