The Role:

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Starcom, you will be responsible for executing impactful campaigns that drive results and exceed client expectations. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement innovative strategies that harness the power of influencer marketing to reach and engage our target audience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data-driven influencer marketing campaigns that meet and exceed client KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and finance processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and influencer marketing strategies to inform campaign development and optimization.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in influencer marketing, with a keen eye for social media trends and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • You are a creative problem solver with excellent project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • You have a solid understanding of influencer marketing tools, including Creator IQ and social insights.
