About the Role:

As a Mid-Weight Designer at AutogenAI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and translating concepts into polished, editorial-level visual representations across both print and digital platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external assets by maintaining colour, type, and visual standards.
  • End-to-End Design Ownership: Take ownership of a variety of editorially driven deliverables, including eBooks, brochures, polished flat lays, and other materials that support our content-focused approach.
  • Concept Development: Develop and execute original designs by hand or with software, ensuring color, text, font style, imagery, and layouts effectively communicate our brand and support our text-heavy, editorially oriented content.
  • Organise and Maintain Assets: Maintain organised and accessible design files, master assets, and versioning to support team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Specialists: Work with external design specialists or agencies as needed to meet project requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

You have a strong portfolio showcasing your versatility and design strengths, with a minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience. Your technical skills include mastery of current design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
