We are looking for a Content Strategist to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months. As a leading publisher of children's stories, we need someone who can develop dynamic content strategies, create engaging digital content, and manage our social media channels.

About the Team

Our team is responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales for our children's brands. We work closely with our designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure that our content is high-quality and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop dynamic content strategies based on established brand strategies and social media expertise.
  • Create all newsletter, web, and social media content for our channels, including visual assets and written copy.
  • Manage social media processes, calendars, and scheduling of all posts to support our brand, books, products, licensees, and experiences.
  • Look after channel communities by monitoring and responding to messages, nurturing rapport with our audience, and proactively engaging with influencer, partner, retailer, and licensee accounts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of running and growing brand social media accounts and newsletters.
  • Lots of creative ideas for content.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to keep on top of multiple projects and content programmes across three brands.
  • Confidence and enjoyment working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid design, video editing, and copywriting capabilities.
Salary and Benefits:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Content Strategist to earn up to £36,000 per annum, depending on their skills and experience.
