Located in the heart of Oxfordshire is Marston Court, a peaceful and beautifully tended home offering compassionate, individualised residential, early-stage dementia care for up to 39 residents.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Carer to join our team, supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). As a valued member of our community, you will have the opportunity to genuinely care for our residents and create a happy fulfilled life for them.

Your duties may include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and providing emotional support to our residents.

  • Competitive hourly rate: £12.33 (Mon-Fri), £13.33 (Sat-Sun)
  • NVQ enhancements available
  • 31.5 hours per week contracted hours
  • Shift Times: 7am - 2pm, 2pm -10pm working alternate weekends
  • Free uniform, DBS check, car parking and meals on shift
  • 28 days holiday; increasing with length of service (pro rat'd for part time)
