About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rehabilitation Support Worker in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries to regain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to service users, following individualized support plans to meet their needs and aspirations.
  • Develop independent living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, and socializing.
  • Assist with daily routines, such as bathing and attending to personal care needs, under the guidance of occupational therapists and physiotherapists.
  • Organize and participate in a variety of activities, both at the service and in the local community, such as art, crafts, music, sports, and gardening.
