Job Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Mill Street, a purpose-built supported living service for individuals with acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and/or sensory impairment.

About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to regain their independence and live the life they want to live. You will be responsible for providing person-centered care, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality support to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive support plan
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Genuine empathy and understanding of the needs of individuals with acquired brain injury
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
